The Barcelo Maya Colonial Beach Resort and the Barcelo Maya Tropical Beach Resort are located on the same spectacular beach -- two hotels combine to offer one fabulous resort. These two new Barcelo Resorts are spread over acres of lush tropical gardens with beautiful pathways, which are perfect for jogging or taking relaxing long walks.
These newcomers have been upgraded with eight restaurants — two buffet and four specialty restaurants for seafood, Oriental Steak House and Mediterranean & Italian cuisine, plus two beach restaurants offering various snacks so guests don’t have to leave the warmth of the sun.
