"My wife and I just returned from the Great Parnassus on Saturday after a week stay in the ocean front suite. The hotel was only at about 20% capacity but the service was great. The room were as nice as I thought with a perfect view of the water while laying in bed. The food was very good and the entertainment staff was very energetic. They do have a water problem. I could not use my balcony jacuzzi due to the fact I could only get brown water and the motor did not work. The sink water had a fowl smell and the shower only tinkled water on you. I said something the first day at the desk but I'm sure I was too nice because nothing was ever done. The resort had so many good qualities that it hardly bothered us. It would had been nice to at least ask if anything was done to better our water service. Talking with other guests and entertainment workers that live on the premises and trip advisor posts this is a whole resort problem and nothing could be done in short time. All in all, the resort is going to be great and I'm exited about my son and daughter-in-law going there in July.

I read your review of the resort and the water problem was not mentioned. It is resort wide and should be published. It's not as bad as some exaggerate and I would go back this week If I could. We liked the resort so well that we will go back next spring if the reviews say the water problem has been solved. For now though the water issue should be published, it is a problem."
