AZUL RESTAURANT
Is an all-day casual restaurant, located at the pool area under wonderful Palapa and offering a panoramic front ocean view to the Bahia de Banderas. An innovative take on traditional international cuisine. Delight your palate by ordering in any of our five open cuisines with Chinese, Japanese, Mexican and Italian specialties, as well from our delicious grill menu with special fine cuts and seafood, while enjoying of the famous sunsets of Vallarta. " FRIDA” FINE MEXICAN DINING
Her name evokes magic and mystery, in it nests the deepest mexicanity. A palate of aromas and flavor, which mix culinary delights. Every dish is full of art, color and awe. From yellow to purple, from tomato to thyme, Frida´s cuisine is a masterpiece that enriches our vast culinary heritage. Menu samplings include: Pork Roasted Filet with Eucalyptus honey on green applesauce, and Volcano Mousse and Salmon Roll served on lobster tail and chili cascabel sauce. “LUCCA” RESTAURANT
Serving flavorful Italian-Mediterranean cuisine, invites guests to an elegant experience on a sea of culinary delights. The Romanesque design only hints at a savory meat, pasta and seafood dishes that whet diners´ appetites. Dishes include: Agnello de Lucca, roasted leg of lamb served with eggplant caviar marinated with thyme infusion sauce, and Robalo al Duo di Pesto, Roasted Sea Bass au Pesto, Basil and Black Olives sauce on Ravioli and mushrooms bed. It is spoken, it is longed, and it is tasted. Piaf´s cuisine is a passion represented in a traditional way, respecting protocols and gastronomical customs of the French classic cuisine, with innovating spirit. In it you will find the perfect combination of charming presence, harmony, and elegant simplicity. Menu samplings include: Foie Gras Terrine with caramelized pears and port wine glaze, Snails Bourguignon style, Lamb Rack, Truffle Chicken, Chateau Brian, Saffron Créme Brulee, orange tiles. AQUA BAR
Swim-up bar provide guests the option to drink and snack with convenience. During the day, those taking a dip can swim over to the cabaña bar for a refreshing afternoon tropical drink. Open daily from 11:00-19:00 hrs.
LOBBY BAR
