My son and his girlfriend returned last Saturday from the Iberostar Tucan in Riviera Maya. By all accounts, a fine time was had by one and all. He was very impressed with the Iberostar, after having stayed exclusively at Palladium Resorts, and said he would like to take a group and go back to the Tucan. He said the beach, pool, and grounds were all well kept, and especially liked the jungle feel and the wild animals running about. His room was in a convenient location, and he met lots of folks from all over.
And because of the proximity to Playa del Carmen, he went to CocoBongo one evening (raved about it) and also stepped out to Senor Frogs.
So thanks again for a great recommendation, and I look forward to booking MY next vacation with you.

Good Day, Maria,
Thank you so much for all of your help with our long-awaited family trip to Mexico. It helped with the holidays this year after loosing Mom. I believe she was with us in spirit. My parents had talked about going on this trip for as long as I could remember. We we had gone earlier.
The Iberostar Tucan was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Everyone from your office and the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The views of the ocean from our rooms were breath taking! The beach was terrific and the large pool was a lot of fun. We went for a week in December 2005 and the weather was perfect. The week went by so fast. It was so hard to leave such a beautiful place. We can't wait to go back. I have recommended it to all of our family and friends. We took several day trips to Cozumel, Cancun, and downtown Playa del Carmen. We also went on the Chichén Itzá tour one day. We had a great time!
